The plans for our Blue Grouper were first laid out during research into the marine life of the Coorong for Storm Boy, our co-production with Queensland Theatre and Melbourne Theatre Company. While this particular creature didn’t feature in the production, it has been reimagined in solid brass with articulated joints and mounted on reclaimed driftwood as an intriguing feature piece.
